Not so sure about that, but the rain almost always puts me in a down mood. The way I figure it, there's only 3 good things about it raining here today:

- I needed/wanted a nap in the afternoon and the rain was the perfect backdrop.
- My car needed to be washed bc of all the pollen it accumulated on it while I was at home last weekend, so now I don't need to wash it.
- I'm not in New Orleans anymore so I don't have to worry about wading through water whenever it rains.
The only other quote I can come up with that deals with rain without putting an entire song up here is one mentioned by you Ness I think.
