Kanye

So I took Joe to his first ever concert Wed night: Kanye West. It was actually pretty entertaining. We were in the top level on the side, but still had a good view of the stage. Kanye is amazing to watch. The amount of energy he incites in the crowd is overwhelming. His presentation is amazing as well. The orchestra were in little cube-like things where there could be images projected on the wall, hiding them, or put on lights behind them so they could be seen. So it was really cool.

The bad part was the opening acts. Kesha Cole was horrible. Fantasia was ok. She sang Purple Rain and covered Aerosmith. That was about it. She's talented, but got on my nerves.

The best part was what one guy was wearing. A white guy was wearing a shirt that said "George Bush hates me too." I laughed hysterically. And why do girls insist on wearing next to nothing on top and bottom and heels so high they would break my ankle??? They know they have to walk up or down stairs and that no one is really looking at them (they paid money to watch a concert!). Ok, that's my rant.
